Lance McBrayer is an entrepreneur with several ventures under his umbrella company Hair Sessions, Inc. that he owns and runs. Everything he does is with style – whether styling woman’s hair or styling gentlemen in the clothes that they wear.
Lance has been a certified cosmetologist for the last 22 years, specializing in thick, curly and frizzy hair, and has been voted Boston’s A List winner as Best Hair Straightener for the past 3 years in a row.
He also is the lead curator of his newer business venture, The Styled Man Box. It’s a company he started in July 2016 that sends out monthly boxes to male subscribers that are filled with 4-6 men’s fashion accessories such as ties, pocket squares, lapel pins, socks, and more.
Lance is no stranger to fashion. Prior to starting The Styled Man Box, Lance spent 15 years as a fashion consultant to countless business men, fashion show coordinators, fashion photographers, family members and friends.
Passionate about self-improvement, health, beauty and fashion, and all their possibilities, Lance provides hair styling and fashion styling services that help improve, inform and initiate a desire for individuals to up-grade their own personal style and self-worth. His motto is that if you change your hair and/or your style – you change your life.
Lance has written an e-book to help parents maintain and manage their mixed-race child’s hair and is currently writing an e-book that will give men, in particular, seven ways to instantly improve their fashion style.
