This organization is dedicated to the economic empowerment of Connecticut’s Minority Business Community. The Southern Connecticut Black Chamber of Commerce shall develop, educate, advocate and enhance the economic status of the community by strengthening small and minority businesses and bridging the gap between entrepreneurs and mainstream businesses.
